My background is in primary school teaching. I worked as a teacher for 15 years before making the transition into health & fitness. I am also a mother to 3 children. I know how hectic life can be.
Now, as a personal trainer and nutrition & health coach, my mission is to make health & fitness achievable for the busy woman; the mother, the busy professional. Life has become so busy and so stressful and it is so easy to let our health and fitness slide down the priority list.
Through my online coaching, I support ladies in building simple but consistent habits that will help them become healthier, fitter and happier.
