“Before starting with Kate, a chocolate bar at 11am was a regular habit. I was always low energy and craving sugar. I was constantly thinking about what food I would eat next. One of the big things for me was that I didn’t want to cook separate meals for me and the kids. You can still eat ‘normal’ food.
